State of the River Report nominated for Environmental Initiative Award

The State of the River Report is a finalist for the 2014 EI Awards.

The State of the River Report has been selected as a finalist for the prestigious Environmental Initiative Awards. The Environmental Initiative Awards, founded in 1994, annually honor innovative projects that have achieved outstanding environmental results by harnessing the power of partnership.

The State of the River Report is one of three finalists in the Environmental Education category. This is a great honor and is further evidence of the impact the State of the River Report has made in Minnesota.

The winners will be announced on May 22 at the EI Awards Dinner and Awards Ceremony at Nicollet Island Pavilion.

In addition, one of the 18 total projects nominated across all six categories will be selected to receive the Partnership of the Year Award.
