River Guardians + Members Virtual Year-End Happy Hour

Thursday, December 3, 2020 - 5:00pm to Friday, December 4, 2020 - 5:45pm
Online event
Raise a glass to the river!

In a normal year, we usually gather with River Guardians and Members around this time to celebrate the end of the year, reflect on the work we accomplished and take a look and what's coming in the year ahead.

While we can't gather in person, we still want to take this time to share our accomplishments and goals, as well as hear from you! Join us on December 3 for a virtual happy hour.

We'll hear from FMR Executive Director Whitney Clark, River Corridor Program Director Colleen O'Connor Toberman and Water Program Director Trevor Russell to reflect on our 2020 advocacy work and to preview 2021.

We'll also hear from each other - attendees are encouraged to ask questions and share about what their past year has looked like, and how the pandemic has changed their appreciation of the river.

All are welcome, and FMR members and River Guardians are especially encouraged to attend. Be sure to RSVP below for yourself and your friends so we can share the Zoom link before the event.

Members and River Guardians

Anyone who donates to FMR becomes an FMR member and strengthens our local role as the community voice for the river. Members also receive up-to-date river news and information, advance notice of special events, and the satisfaction of making a tangible difference for your river and your community.

FMR River Guardians sign online petitions when their help and voice are needed the most and are invited to special advocacy trainings and meetings (including happy hours like this) to learn more about policy issues facing our river and to celebrate our impact together.

Your advocacy and generous support of FMR has made a big, lasting difference for our Mississippi River. Thank you FMR members and River Guardians old and new!
