Duties: Maintain and improve FMR's web presence, support our staff's technology needs, and facilitate electronic communication.

Education: B.A. in Computer Science from the University of Iowa.

Favorite location on the Mississippi: The bluffs near Guttenburg, IA.

Why I work for FMR: I’ve lived within 20 miles of the Mississippi for almost all of my life. It has been an ever-present source of natural beauty for me. I feel privileged to use my vocation to preserve and restore such a vital resource.

Favorite way to spend a day: Relaxing at a cabin in Northern Minnesota.

Last big vacation: I spent a week in Sonoma Valley wine country and the Bay area in the spring of 2008.

Environmental Heroes: I admire the early American conservationists, like John Muir, Ansel Adams, and Theodore Roosevelt.
